Được tích hợp với bộ xử lý Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 thế hệ thứ 8/9, dòng NISE 3900 là PC không quạt được thiết kế cho các ứng dụng công nghiệp đòi hỏi hiệu năng đồ họa và CPU cao. Dòng NISE 3900 hỗ trợ bộ nhớ DDR4 lên tới 16G và có một số tùy chọn trên các thiết bị lưu trữ như M.2, HDD hoặc SSD. Dòng NISE 3900 hỗ trợ nhiều loại đầu vào DC từ đầu vào DC +9V đến 30V và có thể hoạt động ở phạm vi nhiệt độ hoạt động mở rộng từ -5 đến 55 độ C. Để mở rộng tính khả dụng của mô-đun, dòng NISE 3900 cũng thiết kế một khe cắm mini-PCIe bên trong để hỗ trợ các ứng dụng kết nối không dây IoT (hỗ trợ các mô-đun Wi-Fi, 3.5G, 4G LTE tùy chọn).
