Được cung cấp sức mạnh bởi bộ vi xử lý Intel® Celeron® thế hệ mới nhất (tên mã trước đây là "Tiger Lake-UP3"), NISE 70 là một máy tính không quạt được thiết kế cho các ứng dụng công nghiệp yêu cầu tiêu thụ điện năng thấp và nhiều giao diện I /O, nhưng có không gian lắp đặt hạn chế.

NISE 70 hỗ trợ dải nhiệt độ hoạt động từ -5 ~ 55 độ C và điện áp đầu vào từ 12VDC đến 24VDC.
