The SRS-8432-SERIAL racks are equipped with a 12-slot CompactPCI® Serial backplane, and a removable 500W power supply for either AC or DC power input. Three 120mm fans mounted below the card slots care for optimum cooling. All components were chosen for high reliability, as required e.g. for industrial usage. The CompactPCI® Serial system slot is right aligned, with an additional guide rail for an optional mezzanine side card on top of the CPU board. The free space behind the 48HP blind plate can be used by the customer for own installations.
