VTC 1910-S, máy tính lắp đặt trên xe siêu mỏng, chắc chắn và cấp entry-level với bộ xử lý Intel Atom® E3815 (1,46GHz), được thiết kế cho môi trường khắc nghiệt trong xe. VTC 1910-S tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn quân sự MIL-STD-810G nghiêm ngặt trong cơ chế chắc chắn, không quạt và nhỏ gọn. Do thiết kế siêu mỏng, nó đặc biệt dành cho những phương tiện có không gian hạn chế để lắp đặt hệ thống máy tính.
VTC 1910-S có CAN 2.0B và giao diện USB tùy chọn (SAE J1939/ J1708) để chẩn đoán xe và quản lý hành vi người lái. Bộ thu GPS tiên tiến hỗ trợ GPS/Glonass/QZSS/Galileo/Beidou. VTC 1910-S có tính năng kết nối thoại và dữ liệu không dây WLAN và WWAN (kết hợp với VIOB-DA-01). Với 2 khe cắm SIM bên ngoài có thể hỗ trợ chất lượng kết nối tốt hơn bằng phần mềm. VTC 1910-S duy trì tính linh hoạt để đáp ứng các nhu cầu khác nhau cho các ứng dụng viễn thông, chẳng hạn như thông tin giải trí IoT Gateway, hệ thống điều phối và quản lý đội xe.
