VTC 1030, máy tính lắp đặt trên xe nhỏ gọn và chắc chắn với bộ xử lý dual-core Intel Atom® x6211E 1,3GHz/3GHz (burst), được thiết kế cho môi trường khắc nghiệt trong xe. Do thiết kế nhỏ gọn nên đặc biệt phù hợp với những loại xe có không gian hạn chế.

VTC 1030 có CAN 2.0B tích hợp để chẩn đoán xe và quản lý hành vi người lái. Bộ thu GNSS tiên tiến của nó hỗ trợ GPS/Glonass/QZSS/Galileo/Beidou, đồng thời cung cấp mô-đun dead reckoning tùy chọn. Hơn nữa, VTC 1030 còn có tùy chọn kết nối dữ liệu không dây WLAN Wi-Fi 6/6E/Wi-Fi 5 và WWAN 5G NR/LTE. Với khe cắm micro-SIM bên ngoài, nó cho phép người dùng truy cập thẻ micro-SIM một cách thuận tiện. Đầu ra 12VDC của nó có thể được cung cấp cho màn hình ngoài với cách bố trí dây nguồn dễ dàng. VTC 1030 duy trì tính linh hoạt để đáp ứng các nhu cầu khác nhau cho các ứng dụng viễn thông như gateway không dây, thông tin giải trí, quản lý đội xe và hệ thống vá lỗi.
