VTC 1020, máy tính dành cho xe cộ nhỏ gọn, chắc chắn và cấp entry-level với bộ xử lý Intel Atom® x5-E3930 dual-core 1,3GHz, được thiết kế cho môi trường khắc nghiệt trong xe. Do thiết kế nhỏ gọn, nó đặc biệt dành cho những phương tiện có không gian hạn chế để lắp đặt hệ thống.
VTC 1020 có CAN 2.0B và giao diện USB tùy chọn (SAE J1939) để chẩn đoán xe và quản lý hành vi người lái. Bộ thu GPS tiên tiến hỗ trợ GPS/Gloness/QZSS/Galileo/Beidou và mô-đun tính toán thời điểm chết tùy chọn cũng có sẵn. VTC 1020 có tính năng kết nối thoại và dữ liệu không dây WLAN và WWAN. Với khe cắm SIM bên ngoài, nó cho phép người dùng truy cập thẻ SIM một cách thuận tiện. Đầu ra 12VDC có thể được cung cấp cho màn hình ngoài với cách bố trí dây nguồn dễ dàng. VTC 1020 duy trì tính linh hoạt để đáp ứng các nhu cầu khác nhau cho các ứng dụng viễn thông, chẳng hạn như thông tin giải trí, quản lý đội xe và hệ thống vá lỗi.
