nROK 1020 là máy tính railway computer nhỏ gọn, chắc chắn và cấp level-entry với bộ xử lý Intel Atom® x5-E3930 dual-core 1,8 GHz, được thiết kế cho các ứng dụng khắc nghiệt liên quan đến đường sắt. Do thiết kế nhỏ gọn nên dễ dàng bố trí mà không ảnh hưởng đến tính năng của nó.
Áp dụng khái niệm "lock", LAN, Power-in và Audio, tất cả đều được thiết kế chống rung và va đập. Bộ thu GPS tiên tiến hỗ trợ GPS/Glonness/QZSS/Galileo/Beidou. Nhờ có 2 khe cắm mini-PCIe, nROK 1020 phù hợp cho các ứng dụng không dây, chẳng hạn như truyền dữ liệu và giọng nói WLAN và WWAN. Với khe cắm SIM ngoài, cho phép người dùng truy cập thẻ SIM một cách thuận tiện. Đầu ra 12VDC có thể được cung cấp cho màn hình ngoài với cách bố trí dây nguồn dễ dàng. nROK 1020 rất phù hợp cho Hệ thống thông tin hành khách, Thu thập giá vé tự động và các ứng dụng truyền dữ liệu/giọng nói vô tuyến kỹ thuật số.
